The Creator / Developer of the SHINE Professional Speaker Program(PSP), Dr Ramesh Nambiar, is an International Professional Speaker, Trainer of International Professional Speakers, Trainer of International Professional Trainers, International Trainer & Developer of Social Entrepreneurs, Author, Confidential Coach, Human Capital Developement Specialist, and Business & Personal Performance Consultant.
Dr Nambiar has more than 25years of experience in the international professional speaking & training industry. With extensive research & wide-ranging personal global experiences, including his work with world-class MNCs, Fortune 50 companies & high-net worth individuals, he gained a wealth of knowledge in almost All industries GLOBALLY! This vast experience coupled with his impeccable communication skills, has enabled his ability to develop & conduct hundreds of successful workshops, seminars & keynote speeches, to more than a million people,over 60 countries, in US, Europe & Asia Pacific.
His desire to speak is born out of his inspiration & admiration for Great Speakers like, Singapore's Honorable Minister Mentor Lee Kuan Yew, & India's late Philosopher Swamy Vivekananda. Dr Nambiar's speaking journey started at the age of 18. At age 23, his speech on an international professional platform was made in the US city of Chicago, with standing ovation from a 5 thousand-strong audience. Dr. Nambiar started his journey in Professional Speaking, as a part-time career, while on Full-Time employment. From a simple "kampung" (village)boy, this former student of St Joseph's Institution (SJI) had the unique opportunity to turn to speaking professionally, on FULL TIME, in the late 80s, & he has not turned back since.
His talent was soon recognised in the Global Platform & he was the FIRST SINGAPOREAN & ASIAN to be inducted to the US Speakers' Platform. His acquired professional skills come from learning & sharing with Great International Professional Speakers & Dignitaries, & His numerous Training & Speaking experiences, Globally. He is passionate in training & creating not only Professional Speakers, he also has the passion for sharing on Professionalism in Speaking. This he feels is the KEY element to be Outstanding & to Succeed in Today's Globalising Asia. Thus he has dedicated time & energy to create the various SHINE PSP modules, so that people from ALL walks of Life can learn & benefit.

This program is an excellent beginning for Non-Chinese to get the confidence & basics to speaking Mandarin fluently! Emphasing on the importance to inspire the world to adopt this culture of speaking more than two languages, She has committed to creating a community of multi-lingual individuals, which will also enhance borderless communication & achieve multi cross-cultural exchanges.
