She is Effectively Multi-Lingual in Mandarin, Tamil, Malay & English for almost 30 years now.
With Tamil-Speaking Parents, who migrated from India in the 1970s, this Singapore-born, former student of Ai Tong School (Singapore), took up Chinese as a 2nd language, throughout her primary, secondary & college education in Singapore. She continued to excel in speaking the Mandarin language fluently, while at work, as front-line staff in the banking & sales. Her last Job was as a holiday consultant with an American firm, where she was handling Mandarin calls from Asia, including, Malaysia, Taiwan & China, over a period of few years.
She discovered the business viability of knowing & speaking Mandarin & her passion to share this unique talent, when she attended the Money & You (Chinese) in 2002, with 98 other Chinese participants, across Asia. It was during this program that she discovered her true proficiency & talent in the Mandarin language & it gave her the confidence to develop the Course - Conversation in Mandarin renamed "SHINE Key to Conversation Mandarin" in 2004, when SHINE was founded. This course is specially & uniquely designed to meet the elementary standards of the non-chinese, beginning to speak Mandarin. Its an excellent confident builder & provides the basics to speaking Mandarin fluently!
A Housewife turned Professional Trainer & Business Coach, she started her human development journey, in 2003. Since then, she has touched the lives of thousands of people. She has vast experience & exposure in numerous industries, communicating with people of different cultures. She has also gained invaluable knowledge from doing business with Associates, & learning from Teachers & Business Gurus, from Asia Pacific(including China, Taiwan & Australia) & the US, Many of whom have become a strong network of good friends & business contacts. This has made her a highly proficient communicator, business networker, & an effective trainer in Human Skills Development.
Azeeza's programs act as catalysts to change for aspiring individuals. All her uniquely designed Training Workshops & Seminars, have given Exciting Transformational & Experiential Experiences to thousands of people across Singapore, Malaysia & Indonesia. Her sincere, warm, cheerful & enthusiastic disposition makes her connect with her audience & participants almost instantly. Its mentionable that she is one of the FIRST few Professional Human Skills Development Trainers in Singapore/ Asia, to conduct transformational trainings that includes "walking on broken glass".
She "brushed up" on her Malay, only in the recent years, while conducting training & expanding her business with the Malay community in Singapore & Malaysia. She's also able to understand & speak splatter of Hindi. Her current interest is to work on her knowledge of the Arabic language, which she stopped in her secondary school days.
Emphasing on the importance to adopt this culture of speaking more than two languages, Azeeza is committed to inspire the world, creating a community of multi-lingual individuals. 3 of her children have taken on her foot-step to learn chinese as their second language, & are multi-lingual in more than 2 languages, this being her first achievement to realising her commitment to a multi-lingual society. This, she believes, will also enhance borderless communication & achieve multi cross-cultural exchanges.
Azeeza is always successful in uplifting learners' self-confidence & inspiring them to overcome self-limitations & cultural barriers, helping them enhance and coaching them to advance in their Career & Life! Azeeza is extremely dedicated in Training & Retraining aspiring individuals with soft-skills & Creating Careers globally.
